Job Introduction

Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for a Catering Manager to join our dedicated team.

As the Regional Catering Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and managing the , preparation and delivery of catering production and services whilst ensuring the departments are run to the agreed standards, ensuring that deadlines and targets are achieved.

You will have overall accountability and responsibility for the day-to-day management, co-ordination, and control of all contract activity within the designated area (the region consists of 28 Approved Premises from Birmingham to the North East).

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

706/2 or NVQ2 chef qualification, or equivalent
Previous experience of operating in a similar environment managing multiple workloads and shifting priorities with people and HR management experience
Achieve set, standards and operate to performance criteria; for example, health and safety, hygiene
