Main Responsibilities
You will welcome and assist guests when they arrive for their dining experience at The Wallace in a friendly and professional way ·
To answer the phone with a polite and professional manner, taking bookings and answering queries in a timely manner · This is also a very hands on role and you will also assist the team in peak periods of the day, support with clearing and turning tables around may be required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience as a receptionist and administrator is essential
- Hospitality background is ideal
- We are looking for candidates who enjoy working in a fast paced environment, delivering high standards, with an excellent telephone manner, sound listening skills and a friendly and professional demeanour.
- If you embody exceptional customer service skills, have an ability to problem solve and use your own initiative and enjoy meeting new people we would love to hear from you!
