As a Receptionist at HMRC Worthing, you'll be passionate about inter-communication and have our customers at heart of everything you do. Our admin colleagues run an efficient service for our clients. What you’ll do:

• Being the first face, many will see, you’ll be an important role model when it comes to what great customer service will look like

• Connect visitors and customers with the appropriate party while following all visitor management processes    

• Ensure delivery of 5-star customer service 

• Support with induction management, work-place support, hospitality, and meeting room connectivity

• Communicate politely, always creating a memorable experience for our customers and visitors.

What you bring:

• Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills    

• Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure    

• Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box   

• Champion of health & safety practices     

• Desire to grow and progress your career if you are interested

Package Description

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday - Friday 10:00 - 18:00
• £11.18 per hour
• Full uniform supplied
• Full training provided
• Annual leave April - April 20 days per calendar year which increases with service
