About the role
At Sodexo, we’re passionate about people and have our customers at heart of everything we do. Our admin colleagues run an efficient service for our clients, and we currently have a vacancy for a Reception/ Business Events Centre Supervisor to join our busy team in Croydon
You'll help supervise a team of Receptionists and, being the face of the high spec Business Events Centre, you’ll be an important role model when it comes to what great customer service will look like. The ethos of the business centre is that of a 5 star hotel, so you’ll have a polite, welcoming manner creating memorable experiences for our clients and visitors.
You'll bring your excellent communication skills along and your attention to detail must be second to none. You'll be assisting with rotas, training and development across two teams so working at pace must be second nature to you.

We want you to bring your organisational skills, flexible approach to working and your great reliability with you, when you join us. Don’t forget to bring you exceptional attention to detail and great communication skills too!
Previous experience in a supervising role would be ideal, but if you have great people and IT skills and relevant previous experience, we’d love to hear from you!

A DBS and BPSS checks are required if successful in this position.

- £13.14 per hour
