Reception Supervisor

Job Introduction

  • To manage a team of Receptionists & A Porter to deliver a specific standard of Guest experience, to meet client specification
  • To be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the staff within your specified team.

Role Responsibility

  • Undertake all required training in relation to all aspects of the guest services delivered to the client, as requested.
  • Undertake specific training on the relevant guest services for your contract offer
  • Wear the company uniform at all times whilst at work
  • Wear any items of personal protective equipment, as specified by the manager
  • Comply to all client policies / procedures in relation to housekeeping/infection control/ security
  • Ensure that all requirements in relation to COSHH are adhered to, as specified by the facilities manager
  • Conduct all required training with team members in relation to operational/ legal / client / cleaning offer requirements
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to the site/cleaning offer colour coding policy
  • Ensure that all requirements of the specified guest services offer, are carried out, as directed by the facilities manager
  • To attend to all faults in relation to equipment.
  • To report all building defects to the facilities manager / client
  • To deliver staff team briefings, as required
  • To attend team / client meetings, as required
  • To collate information in relation to payroll, as required.
  • To complete all administration, as specified by the Facilities manager
  • To liaise with the specified client contact, as directed by the Facilities manager
  • To manage the ordering and distribution of catering consumables for BEC
  • To undertake audits in relation to service delivery / offer compliance, as requested.
  • To manage the HMRC Matrix booking system to maximise occupancy rates.

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

  • Experience of the undertaking of conference and events coordination.
  • Computer proficient
  • Basis numeracy / literacy skills
  • Customer service excellence

Desirable

  • Supervisory experience
  • NVQ
  • Hospitality experience
  • IOSH accreditation
