Job Introduction:

Supervisor Receptionist at HMRC New Bailey in Salford, you'll be at
the heart of our operation—ensuring smooth communication, creating a welcoming
environment, and always putting the safety and satisfaction of our customers
first. Our admin team plays a crucial role in running a seamless, efficient
service for all our clients and visitors.
What you’ll do:
- Be the first impression: Greet all visitors and customers with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a 5-star experience.
- Direct and connect: Ensure guests are seamlessly connected to the right departments or team members while adhering to visitor management protocols.
- Elevate the experience: Deliver outstanding service across all touchpoints, from hospitality to workplace support and meeting room setup.
- Assist with inductions and onboarding processes, contributing to a smooth and professional welcome for new staff or contractors.
- Maintain a positive and approachable presence, ensuring every interaction is courteous, efficient, and memorable.
What You Bring:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
- The ability to stay calm, focused, and organised—even when things get busy.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within a reception or customer service environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.
