Project Manager - 12 month FTC (bids and tenders)

Job Introduction

Our sales team at Sodexo are looking for someone with exceptional administrative skills and a high proficiency on the MS Office to cover a maternity leave to project manager our Bid tender process.

Working with our Bid Directors you will manage the tender process of complex major tenders with an annual value in excess of £10m through to completion.

This is an opportunity to join an experienced and successful sales team providing you with an opportunity to develop your career enabling you to broaden your skills, specialise or progress upwards.

You will need to be a strong team player and the ability to communicate clearly across all levels as you will be facilitating team meetings and ensure that the strategy is articulated effectively and clearly.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate;

Excellent organisational skills and diary management.
Written English to a high standard allowing you to author great content for the bids as required.
A proven history of providing a high level of administrative support.

The chosen candidate will have the advantage of having an established and supportive team around you so we would welcome applications from Junior project managers and executive PAs

Package Description

£40000 - £42000 + up to 5% annual performance based bonus
