Job Introduction

Sodexo Live! have an exceptional opportunity for a Program Manager to join our talented staff community.

You will be based in Richmond, London, with overseas travel.

Sodexo Live! is a leading global player in the Sports & Leisure and hospitality industry. We have ambitious growth plans, and the role of the Program Manager would be to formulate and drive an exceptional Digital and Tech strategy, which will accelerate the growth transformation of the business.

Reporting to the VP of Digital and Tech Solutions for Sodexo Live! you will support the deployment of our IT and Digital Roadmap for  Sports, Travel and Hospitality Group and the Sodexo Live! UK&I business.

The role consists of several facets including deploying Digital and IT systems covering an end-to-end customer journey for our Sports, Travel and Hospitality Group.

You will be responsible for executing the projects to achieve the program objectives and optimum results, in compliance with the requirements formulated in the business case and in the project initiation document, in terms of quality, performance, cost, delivery and security.

Role Responsibility

PROJECT PLANNING

  • Review the project Initiation Document (PID) to ensure accuracy at the start of the project
  • Formulate an adapted project plan to reach the project objectives and benefits within the defined frame

PROJECT EXECUTION MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure commitment to the project from project team members, customers or stakeholders
  • Organize, coordinate and lead the project team and activities
  • Manage resources, develop schedules and individual responsibilities to perform project activities
  • Pilot and manage project costs and budget
  • Supervise suppliers in charge of project activities, manage relationships with the suppliers (from signature of the contract to final validation of the project or activity deliverable)
  • Supervise and monitor project progress against project plan
  • Advise on possible modifications of plans, constraints or environment changes
  • Analyze and manage project risks and issues, implement risk management plan

COORDINATION AND REPORTING

  • Coordinate the activities of all project team members
  • Ensure the circulation and distribution of information regarding project management
  • Mediate in the event of any differences between the team and other stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, progress and KPIs to the Portfolio Management Office

The Ideal Candidate

The Ideal Candidate

You will have a strong background in project management, with experience in piloting international projects involving multiple remote delivery teams. You will have experience in deploying systems like sales portals, CRM, ERP. You will be well-versed in methodologies, and tools related to project management, as well as risk management.

You will also have:

  • Excellent organisational skills and be detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • The ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
  • The flexibility to work outside standard working hours to accommodate time zone differences when needed
  • The flexibility to work from our Australian, New Zealand, and Japan offices when required

Package Description

In return for your commitment and hard work, you will be rewarded with a salary of between £70,000 to £80,000 plus access to our extensive benefits package, which includes:
