Contract Type: Full-Time
Salary: €65,000 – €70,000 + Benefits
Requirements: NEBOSH or IOSH qualification
Are you passionate about creating safe, compliant, and positive working environments? We are looking for a forward-thinking Health & Safety Manager to lead safety strategy and operational risk management. This is a key leadership role, responsible for promoting a safe and positive environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant Health & Safety, Food Safety, Risk, and Environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programmes across the account
- Provide strategic guidance and day-to-day support to operational teams
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and Sodexo standards
- Champion a proactive, safety-first culture through engagement and communication
- Develop business continuity and risk management strategies
- Conduct thorough incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Produce accurate reports and safety documentation aligned with business goals
About You
- Diploma (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety
- IOSH or NEBOSH membership
- Experience in Hard FM or M&E environments
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and Food Safety (HACCP) standards
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to lead safety initiatives in fast-paced, high-pressure settings
