Payroll Administrator
Job Introduction

Role Responsibility
- Administer payroll weekly for all UK sites. To complete all required payroll pertaining paperwork correctly, legibly and in a timely manner with due consideration given to confidentiality of inputs and outputs
- To undertake any reasonable requests made by Management to ensure that the overall service standard is maintained
- To Raise Invoices/Credits where required.
- To support sites with Eprofit.
- To Support senior account management team with Travel arrangements.
- To raise SAP MM PO’s for all sites.
- To attend training sessions appertaining to the post
- To act as a single point of contact for advertising roles on Sodexo career website and supporting all FM’s with organizing interview.
- To Ensure that the payroll backup is always audit ready.
- Ensure confidentiality and timelines are adhered to in the administration of the employment life cycle
- *Update all Sodexo Policies & Processes in liaison with the Sodexo Facilities managers
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent PC ability – Word – Excel – Powerpoint - Outlook.
- Self-motivated individual.
- To establish and maintain satisfactory relationships with individuals at all levels within the Company and the Client organization.
- To have regular contact with the Sodexo Facilities Managers and Account Managers and to produce any reports as necessary pertaining to current or events.
Package Description
Sodexo is looking to appoint a proactive, efficient, and enthusiastic Administrator.
You will be responsible for the administration connected with the Sodexo facilities contract at Johnson and Johnson Contract. This includes, but is not restricted to, help in compilation of monthly financial reports, all matters relating to payroll.
A positive and professional approach is essential and you will be able to demonstrate significant secretarial/administrative experience and financial acumen.
You will have excellent and accurate IT skills (word, excel, powerpoint); excellent organisational and communication skills; be sensitive to the need for confidentiality; and have a flexible and solutions focused approach.
