Part time Administrator - London Heathrow Airport
Job Introduction
About the role
At Sodexo we know how important our family of administrators are – keeping our site running smoothly for our guests and colleagues. We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our prestigious team at London Heathrow.
Being the go-to person for our team, you’ll be super organised and assisting with a variety of tasks, from supporting reception duties to finance, invoices and payments as well as responding to email/phone calls.

We want you to bring your can-do attitude, flexible approach, and your great reliability with you, when you join us. Don’t forget to bring you excellent attention to detail and exceptional communication skills too!
Being a team player is important, but you’ll also need to be able to work well on your own! Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal, but if you have great people skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Role Responsibility
- Processing of invoices and stock via E-Prophit, including trading invoices, internal transfers , and chasing missing invoices
- Stocktake input, stock checks and finalising accounts
- Provide administration support as required to include; Photocopying, managing Incoming / Outgoing post, preparing letters, filing scanning etc.
- First point of call to resolve administrative concerns/issues
- To prioritise your work in order to meet schedules of the contracts
- Answering telephones, recording of messages and general correspondence
- Taking meeting minutes and distributing as appropriate
- Processing and preparation of invoices
- Order stationary and office equipment as required
- Book transport and hotel accommodation for the team as necessary
- To work in conjunction with the other Managers in your team to use resources and support when necessary
The Ideal Candidate
- Good standard of English literacy and numeracy
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office Package
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment
- Previous administration experience in a busy environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A flexible ‘can do’ attitude
- The ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment
- Flexible approach able to help within the lounge environment if required
- E Profit trained
Package Description
- 20 hours per week
- £11.50 per hour
- Monday- Friday ( occasional weekends and evenings maybe required)
