With outstanding attention to detail and great organisational skills, you’ll be supporting in all aspects of Human resources, this includes:

Deliver Human Resources (HR) output to approx. 520 personnel across 5 locations.
Daily use of MODnet to process personal information and use government systems (Defence Connect, Army Travel Tool (ATT), Defence Travel Tool (DTD)) to book travel for members across the Regiment, ensuring compliance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018.
To ensure entitlement to travel and hotels, etc. A working knowledge of JSP 752 -Tri-Service Regulations for Expenses and Allowances, is required.
To be an electronic Procurement Card (ePC) cardholder for the payment of group travel and subsistence in accordance with Defence Travel policy, JSP 332 - Low Value Purchasing and delegated authority.
Undertake Post Orderly duties in the absence of the Post NCO, for which a working knowledge of JSP 367 - Defence Postal and Courier Services, is required.
