Marketing Operations Manager
Job Introduction
Reporting to the Marketing Director, as Marketing Operations Manager you will drive awareness, lead generation, and retention activities through close working with the Prestige Nursing + Care and Elite Care Scotland branch network.
The role will manage both client (B2B and B2C) and Member (care worker) awareness, recruitment and retention marketing activities and work closely with business development, HR and operations teams.
A core objective is to implement the marketing strategy roadmap and industrialise marketing.
This role requires a proven track record in delivering campaigns, leads, events and projects across a business working effectively across departments, specifically branch sales and business development teams.
Role Responsibility
- Develop and deliver templated branch marketing toolkit for digital and offline
- Produce market and sector competitor analysis to inform campaigns and marketing campaigns
- Design, build and manage data-driven lead generation and CRM programmes. (Support ICT rollout of CRM)
- Develop, implement and manage all channel campaign, promotion, event and content calendars
- Produce marketing activity analysis reports
- Management of all marketing collateral – digital and offline
- Evaluate and support network marketing activities
- Act as the marketing data owner, being responsible for consistent and compliant data delivery, collection, storage and GDPR compliance
- Evaluate new marketing technologies and add-on applications and make recommendations to improve and optimise marketing team performance. (Integral to new Intranet rollout in planning content hygiene and curation.)
The Ideal Candidate
- Relevant experience in a Marketing Operations / CRM / Marketing Analyst role
- Qualification in marketing or relevant business qualification
- Marketing plan development and delivery skills, including prioritisation and the ability to deliver campaigns and marketing initiatives on time
- Marketing data analysis - using data to drive business
- Agency management – briefing, campaign direction, supplier management and budgets
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentation
- Numerate and analytical - ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis
- Ability to scope, manage and prioritise projects and teams
- Excellent team player – approachable, constructive, supportive and positive
- Self-motivated
Package Description
c.£40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
