From content creation and campaign management to driving engagement and bookings, this is a unique opportunity to play a central role in a vibrant, event-led environment.

- Launching and managing The Terrace’s social media presence, including TikTok and Instagram
- Managing and growing the stadium’s existing channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X)
- Creating high-quality content — including video, photography, and written copy — for all platforms
- Attending matchdays and non-matchday events to capture live content and support delivery
- Using data analysis and CRM tools to monitor performance and inform optimisation
- Tracking key campaign metrics and reporting on ROI, engagement, and audience growth
- Managing and updating the “Events at BHAFC” website with compelling, SEO-friendly content
- Collaborating with BHAFC, Sodexo Live! central marketing, and external freelancers/agencies
- Supporting ticketed event promotions and assisting with event ticketing processes
- Producing branded assets such as matchday hospitality menus (design, print, distribution)

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience targeting
- Experience using tools like WordPress, social media schedulers, and CRM systems
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro
- Experience analysing campaign performance and using data to drive decisions
- An organised, proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail
