Maintenance Person
Job Introduction
We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Dublin sites.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.
Role Responsibility

Duties and Responsibilities
19. To carry out reasonable periods of overtime as may be required from time to time. 20. Flexible working hours to comply with house functions and additional tasks required. 21. To maintain the grounds to a high standard, including grass, flower beds & trees at low level.

The Ideal Candidate
- Qualification in a recognised Trade such as electrical/plumbing is an advantage
- Comply with Company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and chemical safety.
- To deliver consistent level of service within the company standards to the contract specification and agreed performance qualitative and financial targets.
- Smoking NOT permitted on house grounds.
- Maybe contacted outside hours for emergency issues.
