Location: Dublin

Salary: €50,000 per annum

Hours:39 hours per week

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber to join our dedicated facilities team supporting a prestigious client in Dublin. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to work in a high-profile, commercial environment, carrying out a range of planned and reactive plumbing services across one to two large buildings (approx. 58,000 m²).

As part of a close-knit technical team, the successful candidate will contribute to the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of building systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring a safe, functional, and high-quality environment for building users.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive plumbing issues.

  • Diagnose and repair plumbing faults including leaks, blockages, and sanitary system failures.

  • Support general maintenance tasks across HVAC, mechanical, or fabric trades.

  • Complete documentation and update CAFM systems in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Ensure full compliance with plumbing regulations and safety procedures.

  • Participate in the on-call rota and respond to emergency call-outs when required.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders.

Role Requirements:

  • National Craft Certificate (QQI Level 6), City & Guilds Level 3, or equivalent in Plumbing/Mechanical Services.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a commercial maintenance setting.

  • Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.

  • Strong understanding of Irish Water standards and building regulations.

  • Proficient in using CAFM systems (e.g. Maximo).

  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach.

  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Desirable certifications include Confined Space, Working at Height, or RGI Gas.
