About the role:

Be the first impression that matters.

We’re looking for a warm, professional, and tech-savvy Lobby Host to join our Corporate Services team in London, W2 6JP. As the face of our front-of-house, you’ll create memorableexperiences for every visitor, client, and colleague who walks through ourdoors.

What you’ll do:

Welcome and support guests, creating a positive and lasting first impression.
Manage check-in procedures and ensure security and safety protocols are followed.
Deliver exceptional customer service that makes every visitor feel valued.
Keep the lobby space professional, tidy, and always guest-ready.
Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
Support events, concierge services, and incident management when needed.
Represent Microsoft’s digital workplace with confidence and agility.

What we’re looking for:

A warm, hospitable host with strong customer service skills.
Tech-savvy, with an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
Professional, articulate, and confident engaging with a wide range of people, including senior leaders and international visitors.
Highly adaptable, with the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
A team player with a positive outlook and a solution-focused mindset.
Immaculate personal presentation.
