Lead Engineer

Are you an experienced engineer ready to take the lead? We're looking for a Lead Engineer to join our growing team in HMRC East Kilbride, Queensway House, Stewartsfield Way, East Kilbride, G79 1AA, to oversee maintenance operations at a prestigious client site. What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a skilled team of HVAC and Electrical technicians
- Deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance
- Diagnose and fix faults to keep critical systems running smoothly
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality across all engineering activity
- Manage CAFM data, reports, and call-out rota
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
What You’ll Bring:
- NVQ Level 4 or higher in Engineering (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in building services and team leadership
- Strong working knowledge of H&S and engineering standards
- Confident using CAFM and Microsoft Office tools
- Clear communication, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Driving licence required.
