As the L and D Business Partner with Sodexo you will be personable and have a engaging approach to work, you will have competence associated to the role in a specific field whether it be technical, vocational or behavioural to be able to robustly support the region with the L&D function by providing and managing learning solutions that support the strategic direction of the business.
This an amazing rare opportunity to join a talented, supportive team supporting the regional and global learning & development projects, from concept to deployment, the successful applicant would need to be able to commit to continuously improve their own capabilities and take ownership of your performance against key deliverables.
