Job Title: Kitchen Assistant
Location: Diageo, Whitehouse Industrial Estate, Runcorn
Contract Type: Permanent | Part Time (20 hours per week, 3 days over 7)
Hourly Rate: £12.60

Working at Sodexo as a Kitchen Assistant, you play a key role in creating a clean, welcoming environment and supporting our kitchen operations to run smoothly and efficiently. If you're reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about food service, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the preparation and service of food and beverages

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and service areas

  • Assist in stock control and waste management

  • Provide excellent customer service to all site users

  • Work as part of a team to deliver high standards consistently

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in a catering or kitchen assistant role

  • A flexible and proactive attitude

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a kitchen environment
