You will be responsible for overseeing all industries, workshops, and land-based areas—ensuring a respectful, safe and productive environment for prisoners and staff alike. This includes the management of income-generating contracts, production targets, health and safety, and the implementation of national policies tailored to the local setting. You will lead on staff development and accreditation delivery, ensuring team members are fully trained and equipped to support our operational and educational aims.
