Job Introduction

Industrial Cleaner
Location – Dublin 8, Republic of Ireland
Salary – €14.50 + Sodexo Benefits
Hours – 40 per week (6am Start)
Contract – Permanent, Full-Time

As an Industrial Cleaner Operative at Sodexo in Dublin 8, you’ll be a reliable team player with a keen eye for detail, making a real impact behind the scenes. You’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment for everyone onsite—playing a key part in supporting the health and wellbeing of our client teams.

What you’ll do:
• Perform thorough cleaning of industrial areas including production zones, equipment, and high-traffic workspaces
• Operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively, following all training and safety guidelines
• Ensure all waste is managed and disposed of correctly according to environmental policies
• Keep accurate records of cleaning schedules and report any issues promptly
• Work closely with your team and site supervisor to maintain high standards

What you bring:
• Experience in industrial or commercial cleaning (training will be provided)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high hygiene standards
• Good time management and reliability
• A safety-first mindset and willingness to learn and grow in the role
