We are currently seeking a committed and capable GMP Cleaning Assistant Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Facilities Management and Compliance.

As a GMP Cleaning Assistant Manager you'll:

• Lead daily operations of the GMP cleaning team, ensuring audit readiness and adherence to GMP standards

• Conduct regular audits, manage cleaning schedules, and oversee compliance with COSHH and safety procedures

• Support budgeting, stock control, payroll, recruitment, and training activities within your team

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets KPIs

What we're looking for:

• Prior experience in pharmaceutical or cleanroom environments

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to empower and motivate

• Excellent organisational, communication, and administrative abilities, including knowledge of Kronos and MS Office

• A proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency

• Familiarity with budget management, stock control, and safety compliance
