Industrial Cleaner Operative
Location: Dublin 8, Republic of Ireland
Salary: €14.50 per hour + Sodexo Benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week (6:00am start)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

At Sodexo in Dublin 8, we’re looking for a dedicated Industrial Cleaner Operative to help keep our site running safely and smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll be essential to ensuring hygiene standards are met and exceeded across industrial and production areas. What you’ll do:

  • Carry out deep cleaning across industrial areas, including production spaces and high-use zones

  • Operate specialist cleaning machinery with care and in line with training and safety procedures

  • Follow environmental procedures for waste handling and disposal

  • Maintain clear and accurate cleaning records, reporting issues as needed

  • Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to maintain site standards

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in an industrial or commercial cleaning environment (full training provided)

  • A methodical approach and the ability to work on your own or as part of a team

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to hygiene excellence

  • Strong time management and a dependable attitude

  • A safety-conscious approach and willingness to learn new skills
