- Champion health & safety, compliance, security, and risk management across all service lines.
- Ensure robust contract governance, KPI delivery, and financial performance.
About You:
We are looking for a forward-thinking leader with:
- A strong background in hard FM, with deep technical knowledge of building services, compliance, and asset management.
- Demonstrable success in leading large, multi-disciplinary teams with a focus on employee engagement, wellbeing, and development.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels, manage client relationships, and balance commercial priorities.
- Strong financial acumen, contract management expertise, and a track record of delivering value for money.
- A commitment to creating safe, secure, and inclusive environments that enhance the student and staff experience.
- An alignment with Sodexo’s values – service spirit, team spirit, and spirit of progress – and the ability to embed them in daily operations.
