Job Introduction
We are currently seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to work in the one of our Dublin sites.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.
Role Responsibility
The role requires an enthusiastic, passionate and flexible Front of House Supervisor to oversee the day to day running of the Catering Services in this prestigious City Centre location.
Full accountability of staff management & training , Sodexo Policies & Procedures, unit finances, Health & Safety Management System, overseeing the safe production and delivery of Hospitality services to an exceptional standard, reporting into an Account Manager.
The role supports the Client Hospitality Manager in the efficient and successful management of the prestigious client meeting rooms and the management and delivery of Hospitality.
The Ideal Candidate
Ability to work on own initiative a must whist recognising the importance of working with the on-site team.
Excellent customer service qualities are essential in this role with good Microsoft word/excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Minimum 3 years hospitality management experience
- Experience of managing a small team
- Friendly, courteous and outgoing personality
- Hospitality mgmt. qualification desirable but not essential
