We’re on the lookout for a passionate and strategic Head of People Operations to join our Sodexo Live! team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club - the South East’s second-largest stadium, home to over 31,000 fans on match days.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing staffing operations for 22 home match days - ensuring every shift is seamless and every guest experience is exceptional in addition to cup fixtures.
- Managing end-to-end staffing and training across match days, events, and non-event days.
- Leading and developing a talented staffing and training team
- Partnering with senior leaders to deliver bold, people-first strategies that drive performance and engagement.
- Building strong relationships with our client and stakeholders, offering strategic People focused insight and influence.
- Driving workforce planning and labour budget efficiency without compromising service quality.
- Championing learning, development, and succession planning.
- Ensuring compliance with employment law and client KPIs, especially around casual workforce management.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven high volume people operations experience in fast-paced, complex environments.
- Commercially savvy with the confidence to influence at senior levels.
- Skilled in managing high-volume variable staffing and training operations.
- A natural communicator, coach, and facilitator.
