Head Office Manager

Job Introduction

As an Office Manager at Sodexo based at our Head Office in Blackrock you are key to managing the day-to-day operations of this busy office and providing a warm welcome which makes that all-important first impression for our visitors. You’ll support our office team with arranging travel, organising events, managing office supplies, and set up of new starters in the business
You’ll also be responsible for updating all Health and Safety documentation applicable to the site, ensuring all regular tests and checks are conducted and adhered to. 
This is a busy and varied role where you’ll use your administration, communication, and exceptional organisational skills to really make a difference to the working environment for all our staff.

What You’ll Do
  • Meet and greet all visitors to the office organising any required meeting rooms and visitor requests.
  • Respond to all phone enquiries and written correspondence 
  • Organise travel, events, and accommodation requests
  • Manage office supplies including stationary, food provisions and cleaning equipment
  • Organise scheduled maintenance services 
  • Manage all repairs and renewals, dealing with any issues relating to the building management
  • Support our head office team, visitors and business managers as requested 
  • Manage petty cash/bank lodgements
  • Creating purchase orders, processing invoices, and managing any monthly cross charges 
  • Document and circulate all office policies and procedures
What You Bring
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment, managing processes and procedures.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills with the ability to work independently
  • Problem solving skills and able to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and able to build relationships across all levels of a business
  • Experience of using Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
