What you’ll do:
• Deliver exceptional catering services within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and contract terms.
• Oversee financial management, ensuring documentation is accurate and within budget.
• Manage the entire food cycle, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
• Uphold and enforce OH&S compliance and manage the monitoring of related equipment.
• Lead and motivate the catering team, aligning with Sodexo’s policies and standards.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth and service enhancement.
• Innovate and assist with menu updates and staff upskilling as needed.
What you bring:
• Proven experience leading a kitchen team in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the latest catering trends and a strong financial acumen.
• A track record of adhering to and promoting high standards and company initiatives.
• A passion for culinary innovation and excellence.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds 7061/7062 or similar) and IT literacy.
