HSEQ Advisor (West)

Job Introduction

As a HSEQ Advisor with Sodexo you’ll champion a positive culture of Health & Safety across the business and use your expertise to provide solutions, advice, and support to the wider teams.
 
This exciting opportunity involves working with a diverse range of clients to ensure compliance with all Sodexo Health & Safety, Food Safety, Risk, Business Continuity and Environmental Policy. 

You will have a good understanding and background of Soft FM (cleaning and catering) in order to be able to carry out efficient and objective audits.
 
Continuously seeking ways to enhance quality and promote the health and well-being of our employees. You will be responsible for the Health & Safety on site and will be a valued member of the wider Health & Safety team. 
 
Also, as part of this role you will be offered support, potential for professional development and opportunities to progress.

This role covers our West region and will involving travelling across the different sites in the region (in excess of 10,000 miles per year)

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience of working in a Health & Safety role with good working knowledge of Irish legislation and law in this space. Desirable to have experience gained within a facilities management or catering environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to effectively work with a variety of different stakeholders
  • Experience of creating risk assessments and implementing measures to minimise risks.
