HR Business Partner

Job Introduction

As HR Business Partner (HRBP) you’ll be joining us at a time of growth. You will play a pivotal part at Sodexo partnering with business leaders to deliver HR solutions which maximise people performance and strategy

You will be working as part of our wider Transformation and Change Team and alongside the Partnership Director to welcome a new contract in South East London in to the Sodexo family.

This post reports directly into the HR Director and is surrounded by a strong team of HRBP’s which will give you the support network you need to succeed, however given the scope and size of Sodexo and the contract you will need to be able to communicate effectively, challenge with humility and be able to build relationships easily.

The Ideal Candidate

These are the skills and experience you’ll need to set yourself up for success in this role, however we’d still love to talk to you even if you don’t tick all of them:

  • CIPD qualified
  • Previous experience of mobilising large scale TUPE transfers and bringing teams together
  • HR generalist experience and detailed understanding of all aspects of HR Management including resourcing, talent management/succession planning, change management and employee relations
  • Strong analytical skills, professional and commercial acumen, with strong senior level influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing ,communications and presentation skills
  • Able to quickly build good relationships with a range of stakeholders including senior management, client and trade union
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills
  • Well organised, responsive and able to work under pressure
  • There will be some travel required on occasion but this is a site based role in the main
