About the role

At Sodexo, we have a team of dedicated Grounds maintenance team behind us, and we currently have a vacancy for a Grounds Maintenance Coordinator to join our amazing team at Liverpool!

If you have a passion for ensuring our grounds are kept pristine and helping with general maintenance, then this could be the job for you! You’ll take adequate steps to ensure the security of Company and Client property and monies under your control.

You’ll be supervising and be part of a team of general facilities maintenance operatives to ensure the client site is maintained to the required standards. You’ll be also doing general waste collections and movements using an FLT.

You’ll ensure all duties are completed following on site policies and procedures, adhering to all risk assessments/method statements/COSHH and Quality / GMP requirements

A few things about you 

As this is a customer facing role, it is important to have a helpful and friendly attitude. You’ll also work as part of a team, so strong communication skills are key.

FLT licence would be great, but we would still love to hear from you if you don’t hold these. Experience in supervision of staff and co-ordinating multiple work tasks is essential.

As Sodexo embeds a strong Safety culture in everything we do, there will be procedures to follow such as Health & Safety, so it is vital to have good knowledge of this.

Package Description

  • Grounds Maintenance Coordinator
  • Monday to Friday between 5:30am to 2pm
  • 40 Hours per week
