What you’ll do: 

• Main responsibility to manage and maintain all mess silver and mess treasures in a clean and serviceable condition, to ensure that items are presentable for daily and when required, for function display
• Be a vital part of the catering operation by ensuring the sliver pieces are on the tables at functions 
• Report any all damages are reported in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service with a dedicated and helpful approach 
• Serving, clearing, and keeping tables spotless 
• Check displayed items and clean as necessary
• Improve the quality of life for those we are serving    
• Fill and prepare any oil candles, salt and pepper pots required for functions.
• Prepare any wax candles required for functions

What you bring: 

• A can-do attitude and flexible approach to working 

• Excellent attention to detail, plus good communication skills 

• Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal, but not required   

• General knowledge of health and safety procedures    

• Understanding of basic food hygiene and cleaning

Package Description
