Frontline Recruitment Lead

We are currently looking for a Frontline Recruitment Team Lead to join a brand new recruitment team, leading a team to provide a first class end to end recruitment process, whilst promoting Sodexo as an employer of choice!

This is a busy role, where you will recruit high volume Frontline roles and also lead a team to support large recruitment drives, social media campaigns and attraction strategies. With a focus on coaching your team to deliver a great service you'll also ensure all KPIs are met and that your team are delivering a great candidate and user experience at all times.

You will manage key stakeholders and share recruitment expertise, providing advise to our business.

We are looking for someone who is focused, organised, flexible and adaptable, who has a passion for recruitment and upskilling a team! Does this sound like you? If so, we would love to hear from you!

This role will be Monday – Friday and you will primarily work from home, having regular contact with the wider team virtually. 

Role Responsibility

  • Recruit High Volume, Frontline vacancies, adhering to SLA/KPI
  • Lead your team are ensure they are actioning and recruiting all roles within SLA/KPI and utilising best practice methods across all stages of end to end recruitment process
  • Deliver expert advise to hiring managers through market insights when requested, ensuring to provide and understanding of the Recruitment Market / Sodexo area of business
  • Complete weekly 1-2-1 with your team and ensure their performance and training is completed where necessary 
  • Ensure specified KPIs are being met by yourself and your team

  • Ability to find innovative ways of solving &/or pre-empting problems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Package Description

  • Up to £27,000 per annum
