Front of House Cleaning Manager

Job Introduction

Sodexo are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Front of House/ Cleaning Manager to join our growing business. No two days are to be the same, you will be required to partake in porterduties, cleaning duties and reception/ front of house.

The role would suit a busy individual who strives for excellent customer service and delivery. You will be expected to support the general services manager and lead and supervisea team of staff.

Role Responsibility

  • This role will require you to maintain and build excellent customer relationships
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and ensure safe keeping of any cash handled
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members and other stakeholders in the business.
  • Be responsible for ordering stock, the security of stock andmaintaining accurate stock records.
  • Supervising and managing team of receptionists, porters, cleaning staff and mailroom assistants, with a fair and consistent approach.
  • Maintain high levels of personal and site hygiene, wearing PPE where applicable.

The Ideal Candidate

  • The ideal candidate should be someone who has great communication skills
  • This role would suit someone with a high attention to detail, coming from a similar role within cleaning operational management and should be able to provide examples of leadership/ management skills.
  • You should have proven experience managing a budget and profit and loss on account supported bygood written and numerical skills
  • This role will involve working independently and as part of a wider team, we need people who can make independent decisions and act with initiative but also listen to the team ad work collaboratively.
  • A knowledge of Health and safety would also be advantageous.
