Front of House Assistant

Job Introduction

Sodexo are on the look out for a Front of House Assistant in Weybridge (KT13 0NY)! If you are a friendly and organised individual who could be the face of our prestigious corporate site and you are a master multi tasker, then we want to hear from you! Join us to create a positive first impression to our clients and visitors and be the heartbeat of our guests experience!

What you’ll do: 

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department

• Assisting customers with general queries and room bookings

• Provide refreshments, serving hot and cold food/drinks

• Be the go-to person to providing information and assistance

What you bring:  

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a great telephone manner

• Experience working with booking systems

• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

• Positive attitude and a passion for customer service

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we would consider apprenticeship opportunities for someone looking to develop

Package Description

FRONT OF HOUSE ASSISTANT

• Thursday & Friday
• 7:30am - 3:30pm
• 16 hours per week
• £12 - £12.50 per hour dependant on experience
• Full uniform and training provided
• Free parking onsite
