Sodexo Live! is seeking a visionary Food and Beverage Director to lead a transformative journey in culinary excellence. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of our food, beverage, and retail offerings. In this senior leadership role, you will co create and own a dynamic culinary strategy, ensuring that food and beverage truly take pride of place.

You will act as the passionate guardian, gatekeeper, and champion for the Sodexo Live! Food Philosophy, which will be the overarching context for all food and beverage activity and decisions across Sodexo Live. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with the Food Philosophy and that its seven key pillars are deeply embedded in every aspect of our food and beverage offerings. f you're passionate about culinary innovation and sustainability, we want to hear from you!

• Brand Leadership and Credibility: Establish Sodexo Live! as a market leader in all spaces, raising our profile and reinforcing our position as a trusted provider of food and beverage solutions.
• Operational Excellence: Shape our talent and organisation to optimise performance, eliminate duplication of effort, and drive business success.
• ⁠Innovation and Commercial Acumen: Balance creativity and innovation with commercial outcomes, driving growth and profitability while maintaining our unique Food Philosophy.
• ⁠Financial Performance: Drive margin improvement and revenue growth through effective business management and strategic decision-making.
• ⁠Operational Effectiveness: Deliver business excellence while embracing compliance, standardisation, and innovation, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
• ⁠Internal Support and Enablement: Ensure timely and effective support from internal Sodexo functions to enable the achievement of Sodexo Live's ambitious goals and objectives.

What you Bring:

• Strategic Development and Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive food, beverage, and retail strategies and offers that align with both client needs and Sodexo Live's commercial objectives.

Establish and maintain an appropriate culinary structure, optimising resources to support operational goals and strategic initiatives.

• Quality and Standards Management

Elevate and ensure consistent adherence to the highest standards of quality and service across the business, with the core Food Philosophy serving as the guiding principle for all initiatives.

• Collaboration and Operational Efficiency

Cultivate a strong and collaborative working relationship with Service Operations to enhance overall operational efficiency while simultaneously fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

• Food Philosophy Integration

Effectively integrate the Food Philosophy throughout all aspects of the Sodexo Live business, ensuring its consistent application in all areas.

• Regulatory Compliance

Guarantee full compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring the highest standards of operational integrity.
