What you’ll do:

Lead the carbon scoring and measurement of recipes and menus.
Spearhead the food waste reduction program and support company-wide waste reduction.
Embed sustainability initiatives as standard practices within the food services team.
Develop carbon reduction plans for food services, focusing on recipe scoring within the region.
Create structured, menu-driven reporting capabilities for the food services team.
Champion regional food waste initiatives to meet waste reduction and usage targets.
Support and enhance sustainability capabilities within the food services team.

What you bring:

Passionate about sustainability and driving meaningful initiatives.
Skilled in developing teams to deliver food-led sustainability initiatives.
Proficient in data utilisation and reporting for initiative support.
Familiar with operational aspects of food services.
Effective at influencing stakeholders across various levels.
Knowledgeable about industry trends and regulatory directions.
Capable of presenting professionally up to board level, with a preference for degree-educated candidates.
