Job Introduction

We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic FoodService Assistant to join our team in Clwyd.In this role, you’ll help deliver excellent food and customer service, ensuringmeals are prepared, presented, and served to a high standard. You’ll prepareand serve a variety of foods and beverages for both site-based and externalcustomers, following all company policies and procedures at all times. Whetheryou’re supporting in the kitchen, serving customers, or keeping dining areasclean and welcoming, you’ll play an important part in creating a positiveexperience for everyone. If you’re reliable, enjoy working in a team, and takepride in providing great service, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll do: 

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to the required company standards, following all training and procedures.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support across all areas of the catering operation as directed by management.
  • Follow all health, safety, food safety, uniform, and hygiene requirements at all times.
  • Operate the cashless till system and assist with stocking and maintaining vending machines, including counting stock and cash.
  • Take part in required training sessions and team meetings to support ongoing development and service improvements.

What you'll bring: 

  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, positive, and can-do attitude.
  • Commitment to maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • A supportive team player who’s always willing to lend a hand and help colleagues.
