About the role
At Sodexo, we’re passionate about the services we deliver, and we place our guests and clients at the heart of everything we do. To provide this service, we’ve a team of passionate Gym Instructors behind us and we currently have a vacancy to join us!
You'll be responsible for providing inductions, fitness classes, exercise timetables, ensuring the gym remains gleaming and being a true ambassador for health, fitness and wellbeing.
You'll provide inductions and one to one sessions as required with the members to make sure all members are correctly screened, inducted and that suitable fitness programmes are issued and regularly reviewed and updated.
Provide a varied class timetable and promote group exercise through a live timetable.
Support all Health & Wellbeing activities and use agreed internal and external social media platforms to increase awareness and promote wellness.

A few things about you
We want you to bring your experience of working in a customer facing role, your excellent communication skills, and you IT knowhow with you when you join us.
Your can-do attitude and fantastic team spirit will ensure you quickly become our go to person!
Don’t forget to bring your keen eye for detail, wonderful organisational skills and your confident and flexible approach too!
It is essential that you have a level 3 qualification in health and wellbeing or equivalent to meet the needs on site.
As Sodexo embeds a strong Safety culture in everything we do, there’ll be procedures, site specific guidelines / requirements and regulations to follow such so it is vital that you champion these.

- Monday-Thursday 06:00-12:30 or 13:30- 19:00
- 20 Hours worked per week
- £14.34 per hour + Sodexo Benefits
