About the role
- Strategy: Manage regional budgets, provide decision support for commercial models, and ensure compliance with regulations. Oversee processes, collaborate with regional Finance SMEs, and play a crucial role in commercial decision support, including pricing analysis and risk modelling.
- Coordination: Support Regional Finance Business Partners, communicate with the Global Executive Committee, and drive a management and system review process. Ensure alignment of group finance functions with Sodexo systems, continuously reviewing processes for improvement
- Reporting: Leading reporting efforts, coordinate month-end accounts for Sodexo Live! UK&I, submit P&L results to the UK CEO and Global CFO, and consolidate group forecasts and targets. Engage in other ad hoc work as part of the Sodexo Live!
- Growth: Evaluate opportunities, conduct rigorous risk assessments in financial forecasting, and support post-investment reviews. Actively participate in contract negotiations, drive business integration, and analyse the SG&A base for cost optimisation, contributing to sustainable growth
About you
To be successful in this role, you will possess an ACCA or CIMA qualification, coupled with a rich background in operating at a senior financial level, preferably within a multi-site, global organisation.
You will showcase a profound understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting, and commercial modelling, underpinned by a solid foundation in financial and regulatory compliance frameworks. Your expertise will extend beyond technical proficiency to include proven leadership skills, demonstrating an ability to mentor, inspire, and drive high performance within diverse finance teams
In addition to their technical and leadership capabilities, you will bring exceptional strategic and commercial acumen to the role. You should have a track record of contributing significantly to business growth through insightful financial strategy and effective risk management.
