What you’ll do:
• Manage the day-to-day operational issues across all service lines, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Lead the on-site service delivery team, managing the scoping of works, verification of all Minor Works, and ownership of the Lifecycle Replacement program and PPM schedules.
• Manage the SSOW permitting system, Toolbox Talks, Safety Walks, Near Miss reporting, and the timekeeping and payroll duties of the Hard & Soft Services Team.
• Oversee small works estimating and delivery program, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and meet agreed specifications.
• Coordinate and manage all site inductions, compile ad hoc reports as required, and take ownership of the materials ordering process.
• Ensure all areas always comply with relevant regulations such as Health and Safety at Work Act etc.
• Track lifecycle expenditure throughout the year in line with the agreed budget, monitor and control spend, and submit budgets on time.
• Work closely with all stakeholders to promote and maintain good customer service and manage the on-site team to effectively deliver all services.
• Maintain communication with the client, visitors, and the team, contributing to internal and external communications.
What you bring:
• Strong contract and commercial management experience in the PPP industry, with experience in a client-facing role.
• An understanding of basic technical aspects of FM Services (hard & soft).
• Capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts.
• Proficient IT skills, including Excel, Word, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills, must be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication.
• Financial acumen and a high level of attention to detail, capable of doing things at pace without loss of accuracy.
• Previous FM management/coordination experience.
