Facility Management Coordinator

Job Introduction

Facility Management Coordinator 
6 Month fixed term contract 
Location: Home based with regular travel to client schools and university
Salary: €36,000 - €38,000 (pro rata) 
Excellent range of employee benefits
Full /Clean driving license & own vehicle is essential.

Sodexo have a great opportunity for you to join our team working with our client schools and universities in Ireland for a 6-month fixed term contract. 

Covering and working with a wide range of clients & Sodexo teams across central and eastern Ireland you will support with the day-to-day administration and site needs. 

Working closely with our local contract managers and site leads you will oversee all elements of administration linked to the day-to-day Facilities Management work. 

As you will be working with a selection of different teams and clients, this role will provide a great deal of variety and insight into the world of professional facilities management. 

As this role will require regular travel to our client sites, a full driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential. You will be paid for the mileage that undertake as part of this role. 

Training for this role will be completed in person at either our Dublin or Portlaoise office, so you must be able to travel to either office for this. 

Due to the work you will be undertaking on our client sites this role requires the successful candidate to complete all mandatory checks linked to working in an environment with children and young adults.

About You 

Experience & skills required:
  • Proven track record and working experience in an administrative role
  • Experience handling multiple priorities at once and managing your own time effectively.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written. 
  • Analytical and strong organizational skills
  • Full / Clean driving license and access to your own vehicle.
