Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: Little Island Co. Cork

Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 & range of excellent employee benefits

8am – 4:30 Monday / Friday

Full clean driver’s license required

Sodexo has a great opportunity for maintenance professional to join our onsite team at our prestigious pharmaceutical client site in Little Island Co. Cork.

Working closely with the Lead Technician you will be responsible for the maintenance and general repairs of the client’s office spaces and catering facilities. This includes minor fabric repairs, civil works and projects.

This role would be ideally suited to someone from either a trade or professional maintenance background who enjoys working as part of a team and using their own initiative when it comes to onsite work that is required.

About You

Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:

Previous experience of working in a service or maintenance position
Ideally with relevant facilities/maintenance role or trade qualified
Technically proficient in the operation of minor facilities works
Proficient PC Skills
Ideally have experience of working in a self-managed team that oversees contractors
Able to maintain quality relationships with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors

Qualifications required:

Full clean driver’s license
Trade qualification (Building / Electrical) would be advantageous
