You'll be responsible for the delivery of our services on our Fabulous Corporate Client site, in Swindon - SN5 8AT!

About the Role:

• Managing our fabulous on site cleaning team
• Carrying out Audits
• Supporting with Training and ensuring all Training is up date
• Motivate and Lead a high performing team
• Liaise with external contractors
• Be the go to on site 
• Administration duties not limited to but including processing of invoices, stock takes, maintaining stock records
• Be prepared to be hands on and support at client events when when necessary, for example. helping with room set up, delivering catering to events (not meal prep), but delivering the catering to the necessary location

What we're looking for:

• Good written and spoke English with a decent standard of Mathematics
• Good eye for detail
• Flexible, adaptable and able to prioritise a varied workload
• Experienced in office software packages e.g. Excel, Powerpoint and MS Office tools, ability to produce re-ports, spread sheets and presentations
• Proven experience in office administration
