FM Systems Mobilisation & Deployment Coordinator

We’re seeking an organised and proactive FM Systems Deployment Coordinator to support the delivery of CAFM solutions across multiple segments. In this role, you’ll assist with deployment activities, coordinate project tasks, maintain documentation, and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders. You’ll play an essential part in ensuring smooth processes, clear communication, and timely execution across the FM Systems Deployment function.

Main Responsibilities
Support the FM System Deployment & Project Management activities for the Head of Command Centre DELIVERY for the FMi.
Coordinate day‑to‑day administrative tasks for the FM Systems Deployment Team, ensuring documentation, updates, and communications are accurate and timely.
Work closely with the FMi Leadership Team to maintain clear communication and ensure reports on pipeline, deployments, and roadmap items are up to date and accessible.
Assist in identifying and tracking continual improvement opportunities to support year‑on‑year growth for UK&I.
Support standard tech mobilisations by preparing documentation, scheduling activities, and ensuring required information is available.
Manage incoming requests and workload allocation through the DELIVERY Team for FM System Deployment.
Coordinate deployment activities across contracts to help deliver a seamless customer experience.
Monitor and escalate issues or delays appropriately to ensure timelines remain on track.
Maintain consistent and professional communication on behalf of the FM Systems Deployment Team.
Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination, reporting, data entry, and maintaining project records.
The Ideal Candidate
Able to support and contribute to solutions for complex problems through structured coordination and organisation.
Experience or understanding of change management processes.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to follow through on tasks.
Comfortable adapting to changing business needs, prioritising workload, and working independently when required.
Confident communicator with strong influencing and relationship‑building skills.
Growth mindset with the ability to think ahead and support strategic objectives.
Experience supporting end‑to‑end delivery of a workstream or project administration.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
High attention to detail with a quality‑driven approach.
Willingness to support team development by maintaining documentation, training materials, and knowledge‑sharing resources.
