We are looking for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join us where you will support the Executive Chef, Head Chef and Head Pastry Chef to oversee, manage and lead the food offering and kitchen brigade across all areas of the business.

You will have a passion for food, food trends and innovation and lead the team so that they are motivated and engaged to provide guests with the best possible experience.

Role Responsibility

• Be accountable for all for the kitchen operation, service and production
• As a senior member of the kitchen team be a figure head; set and maintain high standards of food quality in terms of taste, presentation and service
• Direct and motivate the kitchen brigade with the Head Chef and Head Pastry Chef, delegating and communicating responsibilities effectively
• Support the Executive Head Chef, Head Chef and Head Pastry by being involved with both internal and external clients regarding menus and tastings.
• Assist with the Development of new menus. Aspire to create dishes that are at the fore front of culinary trends.
• Work with the Training Manager to support the recruitment process and development of the kitchen brigade

Package Description

Salary is up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience plus an excellent benefits package
