Event Host at Royal Academy of Arts

Job Introduction

Sodexo Live! are looking for an Event Host to join their Heritage Prestige Events team at our stunning London venues. Being predominantly based at The Royal Academy of Arts, Piccadilly, Mayfair, London, you will assist in pre and post event duties, to deliver F&B efficiently as per client requests.

Role Responsibility

  • Setting up and breaking down of conference and meeting rooms
  • Preparing break out areas
  • Serving F&B at the correct times
  • Refreshing rooms as required
  • Ensure all working areas, both front of house and back of house, are kept clean and tidy
  • Ensure compliance of health and safety standards
  • Independent working, using function sheets to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
  • Liaising with Event Manager to ensure clear communication channels
  • Handling any guest queries or issues in an efficient manner
  • Flexibility to work within other Food and Beverage areas, such as the café, bar, restaurants on site

About the Company

Heritage Portfolio is the sub-segment of Sodexo Live! that produces outstanding catering and event services for our cultural destinations.
