The Role

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for leading your section with precision and pride, ensuring every dish upholds the high standards of our kitchen.

Key responsibilities include:

• Running your section with confidence and consistency during service
• Delivering meticulous mise en place and high-quality preparation
• Maintaining excellent stock control and minimising waste
• Upholding rigorous standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Supporting the senior team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Mentoring junior chefs and contributing to a positive kitchen culture
