Electrical & Controls Subject Matter Expert

Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for a technical professional to manage, continuously improve and oversee all Electrical Compliance on site to support the safe, efficient and effective delivery of the maintenance regime and contract requirements.

This role is based across two of our pharmaceutical contracts based in Windlesham and Basingstoke. 

 

Role Responsibility

  • Liaise within the Hard Services Manager, Asset Manager, GMARS Data Steward, GMARS Scheduler Planner, client, key stakeholders and provide expert SME advice.
  • Deliver all processes and associated procedures
  • Develop and implement resilient processes, procedures and documents to simplify work flow
  • Coordinate data collection and ensure it is recorded and processed
  • Analyse data and create meaningful outputs to improve electrical & controls system performance
  • Enabling client decisions to be made based on the factual and intelligent information that is provided
  • An electrical and controls system that is accurate, up to date and satisfies the need of the client and contract
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with the client, to become a trusted partner

The Ideal Candidate

  • Working knowledge of BMS and Luxmate Systems in a FM/Commercial/Industrial/Process environment
  • Understand Electrical Compliance processes, and the way in which regular statutory and Lilly global engineering processes and procedures impact upon this.
  • Be familiar with statutory by laws, other legislative requirements and current trends in electrical compliance.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office to enable delivery of role requirements
  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the above areas.
  • Building services or electrical maintenance related qualification or relevant demonstrable experience
  • Understanding of M&E systems and terminology
